Ph365 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ph365, the operator of an online entertainment platform accessible at ph365-jit.com ("Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the ph365 platform — including Sports Betting, casino, Live Casino, lottery, or any other services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the ph365 platform. ph365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ph365 platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ph365 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout platform use.
• Be a resident of or lawfully present in Malaysia when using ph365 services.
• Is not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online entertainment activities.
• Has never been listed on any self-exclusion register of any entertainment platform or casino operated by ph365 or its affiliates.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or organisation when using the ph365 platform.

Ph365 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time to verify a member's eligibility. Any inaccurate or misleading information provided during registration or platform use may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) ph365 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited regardless of the method used — including the use of different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a ph365 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or official identity document.
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile phone number.
• A valid, active email address that you own.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for financial transaction purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365 account password. ph365 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your password secure. You must notify the ph365 support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Ph365 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions on the ph365 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• Ph365 processes withdrawals within 1 to 3 hours for regular members and under 30 minutes for VIP Gold members and above.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require identity verification (KYC) before being processed.
• Ph365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks for large withdrawals deemed unusual based on account usage patterns.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Ph365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member — one claim per name, address, phone number, device, and IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 30x depending on the bonus type — specific terms are stated in each promotional offer.
• All bonuses have an expiry period — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the specified period has lapsed.
• Ph365 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of fraud or abuse of the bonus system.

5.2 Parlay Bonus

The ph365 parlay bonus is awarded based on the number of correct selections in a winning parlay ticket. The bonus is calculated as an additional percentage on top of the original parlay winnings and is automatically credited to the member's account. The minimum stake to qualify for the parlay bonus is RM 10 per ticket, with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.

6. General Game Rules

All games available on the ph365 platform — including slots, online casino, Live Casino, and lottery — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live dealers in professionally managed studio environments.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical fault or connection disruption during gameplay, ph365 will rely on server records as the definitive reference. Should a disruption occur during an active game round, ph365 will return the original stake to the member's account within 24 hours.

6.2 Betting Limits

Every game on ph365 has minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, table, or the member's VIP status. ph365 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

7. Sports Betting

The ph365 Sports Betting section offers odds on more than 30 sports, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, UEFA Champions League, BWF badminton, NBA, MPL esports, and a wide range of other international leagues.

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

• All bets are subject to acceptance by ph365. ph365 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• A bet is only considered accepted once full confirmation is displayed on screen — bets that are pending during a technical disruption are not deemed valid.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to time limits set by the system — bets submitted after an event has started or after market closure will not be accepted.

7.2 Match Results

All Sports Betting outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the governing body or organisation overseeing the relevant league or competition. In the event of a disputed result, ph365 will refer to recognised sports news sources. Results determined more than 72 hours after the scheduled match time may not be accepted, and the relevant bets will be voided and returned.

7.3 Match Cancellation

If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not completed for any reason, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account. Exceptions may apply to specific markets that do not depend on the full match result.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph365 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all winnings and account balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unfair means to manipulate game outcomes or the betting process.
• Exploiting any technical glitches, system errors, or bugs within the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through your ph365 account.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or collectively exploit bonus systems (bonus abuse).
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your ph365 account to another individual.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that is unauthorised.
• Distributing unlawful, harmful, or offensive content through any communication channel within the ph365 platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Ph365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent referrals, money laundering, or any account-related criminal activity.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request by the member.
• Internal determinations by ph365 based on analysis of account behaviour and usage patterns.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ph365 support team via live chat or email. Account closure will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining balance (after deducting unmet bonus conditions) will be refunded via the payment method used for the original deposit.

10. ph365 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, ph365 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the ph365 platform, including funds lost as a result of losing bets or casino gameplay.
• Disruptions, delays, or technical errors occurring beyond ph365's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the ph365 platform.

Ph365's total liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the ph365 platform operates. By using the ph365 platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your location. ph365 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal or appropriate in all locations.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph365 customer support shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by ph365. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
