ph365 Privacy Commitment

Six core principles that underpin how ph365 manages and protects the personal data of members in Malaysia.

Data Not Sold to Third Parties

Ph365 has never and will never sell, rent, or transfer member personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information belongs to you, and we protect it as promised in this policy.

256-bit SSL Encryption at All Times

All communications between your device and ph365 servers — including registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, and support chat — are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the highest security standard in the digital financial services industry.

Minimal & Purpose-Driven Data Collection

Ph365 only collects data that is strictly necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and meet legal requirements. We do not collect irrelevant information, and every piece of data collected has a clear and legitimate purpose.

Full Control in Members' Hands

As a ph365 member, you have the full right to access, amend, request a copy of, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Such requests can be submitted through the ph365 support team and will be processed within 14 business days.

Secure & Controlled Data Storage

Ph365 member data is stored on Tier 3 data centre servers with strict physical access controls, automated backup systems, and protection against unauthorised access. Access to member data by ph365 staff is restricted and subject to regular audits.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of any security incident involving member data, ph365 is committed to notifying affected members within 72 hours of discovering the incident, along with the steps taken to contain and address the situation.

1. Introduction & Scope of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is published by ph365, the operator of an online entertainment platform accessible via the website ph365-jit.com ("Platform"). This Policy describes how ph365 collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your personal information when you register an account, use any ph365 services, or interact with our platform in any way.

By registering a ph365 account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of your personal data as described in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the ph365 platform and contact our support team for assistance with closing your account.

Note: This Privacy Policy should be read together with Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy ph365, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and ph365.

2. Types of Personal Data We Collect

  • Records of interactions with the customer support team, including chat transcripts.

2.3 Data From Legitimate Third Parties

In certain circumstances, ph365 may receive your personal data from legitimate third parties, including electronic identity verification service providers, financial institutions, and payment processors such as FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and DuitNow, as well as regulatory bodies where required by law. ph365 only uses data from these third parties for purposes consistent with the original purpose for which it was collected.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

Ph365 uses member personal data for the following purposes, all of which are necessary for the operation of the platform and the delivery of quality services to you:

3.1 Account Management & Services

  • Creating and managing your ph365 account, including registration processing, login, and two-factor authentication.

  • Conducting data analysis to understand usage patterns and continuously improve platform quality, security, and the overall user experience.
  • Providing more effective customer support by referencing the context of your previous interactions.

4. Sharing of Personal Data

Ph365 does not sell, rent, or transfer member personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, in the course of operating the platform, ph365 may share member personal data with the following categories of recipients:

4.1 Service Providers

Ph365 works with a select group of third-party service providers to help operate the platform — including payment processors (FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow), identity verification providers, cloud computing service providers, casino game providers, and platform analytics providers. All these providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to process member data in accordance with ph365's instructions for specified purposes.

4.2 Legal Requirements

Ph365 may disclose member personal data to Malaysian government authorities or law enforcement bodies where required by law, court order, or to comply with regulatory obligations. In such circumstances, ph365 will disclose only the minimum data necessary and will notify the member where permitted by law.

Important: ph365 will never disclose your account information, password, or financial details to any party claiming to represent ph365 through unofficial channels. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts. ph365 agents will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The ph365 platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience, maintain login session security, and understand how members interact with the platform.

5.1 Types of Cookies Used

  • Essential Cookies: Required for core platform functions such as maintaining your login session, saving language preferences, and enabling the bet slip to work. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
  • Analytics Cookies: Used to collect data on how members use the platform — pages visited, session duration, and navigation patterns. This data is used in aggregate and anonymised form to improve the platform.
  • Preference Cookies: Saving your preferences — such as your preferred odds format, display layout, and other personal settings — so you do not have to reconfigure them each time you log in.

5.2 Managing Cookies

You can manage and delete cookies through your web browser settings. Please note, however, that disabling essential cookies will affect the functionality of the ph365 platform and you may be unable to log in or use certain features properly. For guidance on managing cookies in your specific browser or device, please refer to the official documentation for the browser you are using.

6. ph365 Data Security Measures

Ph365 continuously invests in the latest security technologies and procedures to protect member personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. The key security measures we implement include:

  • Data encryption in transit: All communications between your device and the ph365 platform are secured using TLS 1.3 protocol and 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • Data encryption at rest: Sensitive data such as financial details and KYC documents are encrypted at rest within the database using military-grade encryption algorithms.
  • Internal access controls: Access to member data by ph365 staff is governed by the principle of least privilege — only staff who require the data to perform their duties are permitted to access it, and all access is logged and audited.
  • Regular security testing: The ph365 platform undergoes regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments by independent cybersecurity experts to identify and address weaknesses before they can be exploited.
  • Two-factor authentication: Members are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their ph365 account as an additional layer of security beyond their password.

Shared Responsibility: While ph365 takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, account security also depends on your own actions. Please use a strong and unique password for your ph365 account, do not share your password with anyone, and log out of your account when using a shared device.

7. Data Retention Period

9. Children's Privacy

If ph365 determines that personal data belonging to a person under 18 has been collected without proper age verification, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the account in question.

Parents or guardians who believe their child or ward may have registered for or used the ph365 platform without authorisation are required to contact the ph365 support team immediately at support@ph365-jit.com. ph365 will investigate and respond promptly to all such reports.

Notice for Parents & Guardians: ph365 encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict children's access to online entertainment platforms. If you need assistance with this, the ph365 support team is happy to provide guidance.

10. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

Ph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our privacy practices, new legal requirements, or improvements to how we handle member personal data. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Updated" date at the top of the document.

For amendments considered material — meaning significant changes that affect how we use your personal data or your rights — ph365 will notify you via the email registered to your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the ph365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy page periodically to ensure you remain informed about how ph365 protects your personal information. A version history of this Privacy Policy is available upon request from the ph365 support team if you need to compare it with a previous version.
